AI Agents and Agentic Experiences

Turn intelligence into useful action

We design AI agents around a real job, not a technology demonstration. Every agent begins with a purpose, a clear boundary and a thoughtful relationship between automation and human judgement.

An agent becomes valuable when it can move work forward. It might find and organise information, use connected tools, coordinate a sequence of tasks or help someone make a better decision. To do that reliably, it needs more than a model and a prompt. It needs context, permissions, feedback, safeguards and an experience people can understand.

HelloGentian brings workflow design, interaction design and technical prototyping together. We identify where agency can remove friction, define what the system may do and build a working version that can be evaluated with realistic tasks.

01

Agent opportunities we explore

  • research and knowledge assistants
  • internal copilots for specialist teams
  • agents for repeatable operational workflows
  • systems that coordinate tools and APIs
  • guided customer or employee experiences
  • decision support and information synthesis
  • human in the loop review systems

02

From capability to trust

Useful agency requires explicit decisions. What context can the agent access? Which actions may it take? When should it ask for confirmation? How can a person inspect, correct or stop it? What does good performance look like?

We turn these questions into a working interaction and evaluation framework. This makes technical capability visible while revealing where reliability, permissions or user confidence still need work.

03

What the engagement can include

  • opportunity and workflow mapping
  • agent concept and interaction design
  • model, tool and API orchestration
  • knowledge retrieval and context design
  • permissions, approvals and safeguards
  • evaluation scenarios and test criteria
  • working prototype and development roadmap

FAQ

Questions worth answering before we begin

Do we need clean data before we begin?

Not always. Early discovery can reveal which knowledge is essential, what quality is available and where simulation is enough for a first test. We define the smallest realistic foundation for the question at hand.

Can an agent connect to our existing tools?

Often, yes. We can prototype connections to suitable APIs and services or simulate them when access and security work should wait until the concept is validated.

How do you evaluate an agent?

We create representative tasks and assess factors such as completion quality, reliability, tool use, recovery from uncertainty, safety and the quality of human oversight.

Where should intelligence move work forward?

Bring us a workflow, a recurring challenge or an ambitious service idea. We will help find the right role for an agent.
